Science first.
No shortcuts.

EVO Institute is an research and engineering group. We study how the human nervous system responds to stress, sound, visual stimuli, and cognitive load — then translate those findings into practical digital tools.

🧠

Neuroscience-grounded

All research programs are anchored in peer-reviewed models of how the brain and nervous system actually work.

💻

Engineering-driven

Our developers build production software: applications for stress reduction, sleep improvement, and cognitive performance.

Human well-being is not a wellness trend — it is a measurable outcome. Our work is to understand the mechanisms behind it and engineer tools that make a real, lasting difference in people's lives.

Two divisions.
One mission.

Research Division

Behavioral & Cognitive Science

Our researchers study how human perception, emotion, and cognition respond to environmental and digital stimuli. We generate knowledge that drives product decisions and publish findings for the broader scientific community.

  • Neural correlates of chronic stress and emotional dysregulation
  • Sensory modulation: effects of sound and visual patterns on sleep and mood
  • Cognitive dissonance in human–AI interaction
  • Brand perception and visual neuroscience
Engineering Division

Applied Software & AI

Our engineers build the digital products that apply research insights at scale. We develop well-being applications, AI-powered tools, and educational platforms — in collaboration with research partners.

  • Well-being applications (stress, sleep, emotional state)
  • AI-assisted cognitive tools and adaptive learning systems
  • Machine learning education programs (Python, ML fundamentals)
  • Developer-led research projects

What we study

Three interconnected fields that shape everything we build.

Area 01

Stress, Sleep & Emotional Resilience

We investigate the physiological and psychological mechanisms behind chronic stress, sleep disruption, and emotional dysregulation — with the goal of developing measurable, technology-supported interventions.

HRV biofeedback Sleep architecture Stress biomarkers

Area 02

Sensory Influence on the Nervous System

How do sound frequencies, visual rhythms, and structured audiovisual environments affect the autonomic nervous system? This research guides the design of our sound and visual-based well-being tools.

Binaural audio Visual entrainment ANS regulation

Area 03

Cognitive Dissonance & AI Interaction

As AI systems become integral to daily cognitive work, we study the psychological friction and cognitive dissonance that emerges. Understanding this helps design AI tools that augment rather than destabilize human cognition.

Area 04

Visual Neuroscience & Brand Perception

Color, layout, and visual hierarchy are not merely aesthetic choices — they trigger measurable neurological responses. We study how structured visual presentation shapes perception, decision-making, and emotional response.

Area 05

Applied Machine Learning in Well-Being & Health Monitoring

We develop and teach applied machine learning with a focus on behavioral and social science contexts — bringing data literacy and AI skills to researchers, practitioners, and interdisciplinary teams.

Area 06

Psychophysiology of Well-Being

Bridging behavioral science and physiology, this research program examines how psychological states are expressed in physical indicators — and how those indicators can be used to develop better digital health tools.

How we work

Rigorous science paired with practical engineering. No wellness theater, no placebo methodology.

01

Hypothesis-Driven

Every project begins with a clearly defined scientific question and falsifiable hypothesis.

02

Evidence-Based

We build on peer-reviewed research in neuroscience, cognitive psychology, and behavioral science.

03

Prototype Fast

Research insights move quickly into software prototypes and are tested with real users.

04

Iterate & Publish

Findings are refined through iteration and shared openly with the research community.

Researchers & Engineers

Scientists, engineers, and specialists working at the intersection of human cognition and software.
